Deep Tissue/Sports Massage
A deeper pressure massage releasing chronic muscle tension. Focus is on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia surrounding muscles, bones and joints.
Cupping is the inverse of massage. Instead of applying manual hand pressure to the muscles, the suction from the cups pull the skin, tissue, and muscles upward – its purpose is to enhance circulation, influence the health of underlying tissues and internal organs, help relieve pain and pull out any toxins that linger in the body’s tissue.
Trigger Point Therapy
Focusing on the tight areas within a muscle that cause pain in other parts of the body – a pain in the back may produce referral pain in the neck.
Each 90-minute massage therapy session is unique and incorporates a blend of therapeutic services personalized for each client:
- Traditional Massage Therapy Techniques
- Deep Tissue
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Joint Capsule Release
- Pelvic Stabilization
- Cranial Sacral Therapy
- Sports Massage Techniques
- Hot Stones
- Essential Oils for healing and speeding recovery
- Scar Tissue Alignment
Most of my clients are highly active adults. However, whether you’re an endurance athlete, pro athlete, weekend warrior, actor, musician, dancer, pilot or parent, the human body gets stressed and reacts by tightening up – causing weakness, soreness, stiffness, and muscle imbalances that lead to injuries. Massage therapy and “client self-care” can relieve the body of many of these issues and get you back on track quickly.
Give your body what it deserves – a personalized massage therapy session with a one of a kind massage therapist.
